I think it´s more like nonsense like Zuxi wrote. If someone tells you something weird or not tru you may say höpöhöpö, meaning nonsense or not true.

yes you can. you can also say "don't say höpöhöpö".

this is the word I'm trying to teach everyone from finnish btw. it's so good and funny word. Smile and yes, like deli said, it's pronounced just like it's written.

 Oh, i know the feeling of when your child is sick.. Especially a baby that can´t really communicate and just cries, it breaks your heart! I remember one time when my son was about 2 years old (he´s almost 9 now), he got so dehydrated from a stomachflu so he had to spend a night at the hospital. He was just lying there in bed, his body was so hot he was almost burning from inside.. I just cried cause i felt so sorry for my little baby..
 
Two days later he was playing like nothing had happened..Smile
